1. SERVICES & PRICING

All services are by appointment only and are customized based on your individual hair, starting point, and desired result.

​

Prices listed on this website are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on hair density, length, product needed, time required, and the overall service plan.

Pricing and service offerings are subject to change. If you are unsure which service to book, please reach out before scheduling.

2. APPOINTMENTS, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

​

A deposit or retainer may be required to reserve an appointment and will be applied toward the scheduled service unless otherwise stated.

Because appointment times are reserved specifically for each guest, cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows are subject to Color by Chelsea’s Cancellation Policy.

3. HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES

​

Hair extension services have separate booking, ordering, cancellation, maintenance, and at-home care requirements.

​

New extension installations require a consultation and payment for the extension hair before hair is ordered. Once extension hair has been ordered, the hair payment is non-refundable due to manufacturer ordering and return restrictions.

​

Clients receiving extension services are responsible for following recommended maintenance schedules and at-home care instructions.

​

4. SERVICE RESULTS, ADJUSTMENTS & REFUNDS

​

Hair results vary based on each client’s starting color, hair history, condition, density, previous chemical services, at-home care, and desired result. Some transformations may require multiple appointments to safely achieve the desired outcome.

​

Color by Chelsea does not guarantee that a specific inspiration photo or final result can be achieved in one appointment.

Services are non-refundable.

​

If you have a concern with your service, please contact Color by Chelsea within 7 days of your appointment so the result can be assessed. If an adjustment is appropriate, it will be discussed and scheduled accordingly.

5. RETAIL PRODUCTS

​

Unopened and unused retail products may be eligible for exchange within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase.

Opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is determined to be defective.

6. WEBSITE CONTENT

​

All original photographs, written content, branding, graphics, logos, and other original materials displayed on this website are the property of Color by Chelsea unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
