At Color by Chelsea, I value every guest who sits in my chair and want to provide the best experience possible. As a small business, every appointment on my schedule is important; just as you rely on your salary, I rely on my booked time each week to keep my business running smoothly.

 

As a result, I have a cancellation policy in place. It is not meant to punish guests, but rather to protect the time and energy that goes into preparing for your appointment. Think of it like the cancellation policies you see at hotels, doctors’ offices, or other professional services. It’s simply a standard part of running a business.

 

Deposits

 

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your service.

 

Rescheduling or Cancelling

 

I completely understand that life happens and things come up. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so with as much notice as possible.

• 72+ hours’ notice: No additional fee, your deposit can be applied toward your rescheduled appointment.

• Within 72 hours: 30% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

• Within 48 hours: 50% of your scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

• Same day / No-show (within 24 hours): 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

 

Please note that being sick, traveling, or experiencing an emergency does not exempt you from the cancellation policy. While I always have compassion for these situations, this policy ensures fairness and consistency across the board.

Last-minute cancellations often leave me unable to fill the spot, which directly impacts my ability to serve guests and sustain my business. By respecting these policies, you’re helping me continue to offer the high-quality, personalized service you love while also being fair to all my clients.
